after 2 months of grueling lower back pain, I finally went to a doctor. I got a shot on the area where it hurt. I guess my muscle/nerve (whatever) was swollen up and it created pressure on the area around it. The shot hurt like mother fucker. I could feel the liquid going in and adding even more pressure to it. I seriously tried to gaze away or daydream to forget the pain. My mom just saw my face and she knew it hurt a lot, but anyways. Now I feel a little better, I can’t stand up straight and stick my butt out with basically little to no pain. I cant work out though for 4-5 days. Hopefully I feel good on monday. I really want to start insanity.
